First session: meet us

We talk about what brings you here, We collect your story and put a name to what is happening.

Understand what is happening

We review your context together, your history and your resources. Not from guilt, but from understanding.

Shared work plan

We design a realistic plan tailored to you. You decide the course with me, without impositions or technicalities that leave you out.

Accompaniment sessions

See you online or in my office in Madrid. Between session and session you will have guidelines, simple resources and tasks to apply in your daily life.

Evaluate and readjust

Let's review together how you feel, what is working and what needs to be moved so that the process remains useful and valuable to you.

The idea is that you feel this space as a safe place, where you don't have to prove anything and where you can let go of a little bit of everything that weighs you.
